Charitable Contributions

Please consider helping the Reece Community Living Endeavor through a tax-deductible contribution. All gifts directly benefit the individuals served by the Endeavor. Your financial support helps the Endeavor sustain the accomplishments we have made to date and enable us to reach out to others in our community who are waiting for services. If you wish, you may designate your gifts to benefit one of the following areas:

• Myrna Bartlett Housing Acquisition/Building Fund:

  These funds are used to purchase additional affordable housing for individuals with permanent disabilities. We have an unmet need for additional homes and, since it is our policy to not hold mortgages, it is critical that we raise the funds to buy the homes outright. Donations to this fund should be made to the Reece Endeavor Housing Acquisition Fund.

• Maintenance and Home Improvement:

  These funds are used to maintain our current homes. the Endeavor only has sufficient funds to meet basic or emergency repairs. Donations to this fund should be made to the Reece Endeavor Maintenance Fund.

• Reece Community Living Endeavor Endowed Fund:

  The income from this fund at the Midland Area Community Foundation (MACF) is used to supplement the maintenance needs of our homes. Donations directed to this fund also qualify for the Michigan State Income Tax Credit and will provide the Endeavor with perpetual funding. Checks should be made to the Midland Area Community Foundation with Reece Endeavor Endowed Fund on the memo line. In addition, credit card contributions can be made directly to the Fund. • Gift Cards:

  Gift cards to local stores such as Kroger, Meijer, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. are always welcome. Tenants use these cards to purchase cleaning products and to supplement their grocery budgets. Any denomination is greatly appreciated.

• Special Gifts:

  Gifts may be made honoring a special individual or occasion, or in memory of a loved one. When a name and address is included, the Endeavor will send a letter acknowledging your kindness.
